Food Diary for Tuesday February 19, 2013


Day 1, Tuesday, February 19, 2013
Today's food diary:

Breakfast--I had a Visalus™ Shake: 2 cups plain, light soy milk and 2 scoops of Visalus™ Shake mix for a total of 2 servings of carbs. I had two cups of coffee with stevia and powdered creamer for 10g of carbs. I plan to give up the creamer--not worth a serving of carbs!


Lunch--I had black decaf. coffee and water with a Devil's Burger and Moon Dusted roasted potatoes from The Flying Biscuit in Atlanta for a total of 4 carbs. (Wonderful lunch!)


Dinner--Homemade Taco Soup 2 cups for 3 servings of carbs. 


Evening Snack--25 pretzel sticks for 1 serving of carbs.


Even with going to The Flying Biscuit today, I think I have done well thus far. My problem time with eating, however, is the evening at home. I am posting this early. If I cheat (not that I plan to, but I didn't plan to get fat either), I will add it to the diary when I post tomorrow! 


I am tracing my progress on myfitnesspal.com. Great tool!
