Today is beginning on a good note! The nifty Taylor™ scale
says 196!
That's 1.8 pounds from the first day! I am
happy!
Yesterday's food diary on myfitnesspal.com shows that I was under the allotted 1600
calories, but I was pretty much on target with my carb count. Usually, for me,
the calories and carbs come out pretty closely.
For those of you who have an Aldi's
grocery store nearby, their regular size--I think it's the 3 oz. size-- 94%
fat free popcorn has only 130 calories and 25 grams of carbs. This makes a
great filling snack! Low fat! Low Cal! Low carbs! High fiber! Tasty too!
The website myfitnesspal.com is amazing. The free site works as well as
the Weight Watcher™ site in tracking foods and exercise.
Just a note, while I do not
intend for this blog to be an advertisement for any products or websites, I do
intend to record what works for me by mentioning the name brands as needed. If
I find something, on the other hand, that does not work, I will include that as
well.
