Busy Day!
Breakfast: 1 pancake with syrup, order of good and greasy hash browns from The Barbecue Kitchen in College Park.
Lunch: Veggie Sandwich at Mama Goldberg's; bag of baked BBQ chips.
Dinner:
handful of dry roasted peanuts
mandarin oranges 1 serving of carbs
Amy's dinner Enchilada Bowl 45 grams of carbs or 3 servings
According to Myfitnesspag.com I ate enough for nearly two days today! LOL
Today is my once a month outing when Kaycee and Dillon and I go to Newnan to have out hair cut and colored as needed. Tiring yet enjoyable day today with too much eating.
Tomorrow will be better! Living life!
