I am late posting today mostly because I've just been lazy! LOL I am not sure what returning to school tomorrow will do to my blogging schedule. I feel as though I will probably post in the evenings, perhaps combining the weigh in diary and the food diary entries for a better use of my time during the school week.
Weight this morning was 196.6; yesterday it was 199.2. When I began this blog on Tuesday, February 19, my weight was 197.8. So as of today, I've lost 1.2 pounds since the beginning. Not amazing, but at least I haven't gained 1.2 pounds! LOL I am going to try to stop justifying or explaining the weight fluctuations each day. I realize that body weight fluctuates daily based on many factors, but today if I had to guess, I would say I have been eating too much salt on that wonderful Aldi popcorn I've been eating of late. SO...I'm planning to cut back on the salt. As I try to guess why the weight fluctuates daily, I am looking at what I ate, etc. to try to learn how to improve my diet.
My winter school break ends tomorrow. Returning to my usual school schedule will help me during the day for eating; however, I am dreading the evenings at home when I am tired and hungry. I do plan to stop to walk each day before coming home. Supposedly, exercise curbs the appetite. We'll see! Wish me well.
