Day 3 Food Diary Thursday, February 21, 2013

Again today, I've had a decent day! 

Breakfast: Visalus Shake--28 grams of carbs
Lunch: Veggie Sloppy Joe on Whole wheat tortilla, baked sweet potato, 1/2 cup coleslaw for a total of 72 grams.
Dinner: Steamed veggies and noodles dish, 3 hushpuppies, mandarin oranges for a total of 63 grams of carbs. 
Evening Snack: Aldi popcorn 25 grams of carbs.

Today I went over my given allotment of carb servings by 7 grams or 1/2 of a serving. FYI: 1 serving of carbs is 15 grams of carbs.

Again I can highly recommend myfitnesspal.com for tracking your food! Excellent tool!
