Weighed in at 196 this morning!
For breakfast I had my usual shake and a 100 calorie pack of chocolate cookies for three total servings of carbs.
For Lunch I had an Amy's dinner with 45 carbs and a 1 carb serving of mandarin oranges.
For Dinner I had 1/2 a veggie burger and 1/2 serving of sweet potato fries and a serving of squash casserole! OH and a serving of their fabulous appetizer bread for a total of 4 carbs plus my evening snack serving! LOL
No cravings and periods of starvation today.
