Morning weight was 196.

Breakfast: Visalus Shake for 2 servings of carbs. Midmorning snack of 100 calorie pack of chocolate chip cookies for one serving of carbs.
Lunch: 1/2 veggie burger, 1/2 serving of sweet potato fries, chick-fil-a salad with fat free honey mustard, baked chips, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie....OUCH!!!! Yep! OUCH!!!!!!
